The hospitality industry demands a positive customer experience and the engineering requires strict attention to Brand Standards—especially the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Our hospitality experience includes new and renovated mid-rise and high-rise hotels, conversion of historic buildings into upscale hotels, conference centers, and ski resorts.

We have completed over 40 hotel projects in 17 states in the past 10 years. Our project experience also includes a pre-certified LEED® hotel prototype for Marriott International, Inc., which is designed to reduce a hotel’s energy and water consumption by up to 25%, and save owners approximately $100,000 in annual total operating cost. We have also provided development of specifications to coordinate with prototype drawings for Wingate, Hawthorne Suites, Days Inn, Super 8, Baymont and Microtel hotels and developed prototype standards for a new line of luxury hotels for Virgin Hotels.
