Our team has worked together on the design of new construction and renovations for over 95 hotels and multiple resorts in 27 states.
The team’s experience includes updates to five Marriott International, Inc. brands prototypes for the LEED® Volume Program Certification, which provided each brand a pre-certified prescriptive documentation path to final certification. Initial prototype specifications development for six Wyndham Hotels & Resorts hotel brands. Original development and ongoing updates to the Virgin Hotels brand standards for MEP systems.
We also have extensive experience in the design of mixed-use developments and apartment buildings. Many of these facilities include a variety of office and conference spaces, dining facilities, retail spaces and parking garages.
