We were given the opportunity to tour the new Elmhurst Innovation Center which is located within the Pittsburgh Technology Center campus!This 80,000 sq.ft. Multi-Tenant Research & Development facility has three levels which are equipped to be customized for new tenant build-outs and innovative amenities. Levels two and three are shell spaces that can be transformed into modern and innovative office and lab spaces that over looks level one’s high bay space. This 26,610 sq.ft. flexible space offers unique opportunities to develop new state-of-the-art research with drive-in access connected to the lower parking lot area.
This site offers high visibility from I-376, close proximity to the universities in Oakland, a quick drive to Downtown, walkability to the South Side Works and riverfront amenities, and on-site parking.
