Erie County Technical School Ground Breaking

Congratulations to the Erie County Technical School on the ground breaking for their new addition! H.F. Lenz Company’s Ohio office provided the MEP/FP engineering for the new 21,000 sq.ft. addition which will provide new technical lab training spaces, with an emphasis on new spaces for the culinary program. 

 

We are also providing the engineering services for the $34 million renovation and infrastructure upgrades for the existing facility, which was built in 1968.

 

Our George McMillan IV, P.E., Project Manager and Director of our Great Lakes Regional Office in Ohio, and Lane King, Electrical Engineering Designer for the project, attended the ground breaking ceremony yesterday.
