We are proud to announce the promotions of Terry McClemens, Jr. to Principal!

John Weiland began his career with H.F. Lenz Company as an intern in 1999 and joined the firm full time in 2002. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Connecticut, Maryland, New York and West Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and specializes in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, he is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a LEED Accredited Professional. John has served as a Project Engineer on the firm’s Education Team, overseeing and coordinating the design of numerous higher education projects, and recently, leading the team’s pursuits in the K-12 education market. His focus will continue in the education markets, servicing existing clients, as well as expanding our services. John has also been active in the firm’s presentations to college and K-12 students, and previously served as the President for the Johnstown Chapter of ASHRAE.
