- New 19,000 SF Greenhouse and 9,200 SF Headhouse for the Ag-Science Department
- Multiple lab rooms, classrooms, offices, and various support services
Addition to the Ag Sciences Building
- New 33,000 SF addition to house:
- Seven research labs and two teaching labs for use by plant pathology and environmental microbiology as well as other programs
- Constant temperature rooms
- Radioactive workroom
- 12 faculty offices
- A greenhouse to house the world’s largest collection of beneficial soil fungi
- Large 250-seat multi-tiered general purpose lecture hall
- Library conference room
- Assorted support rooms
- Large unfinished shell space for future expansion
- Project was required to be completed in a total of 18 months in order to comply with finding requirements
