• Steam Tunnel Renovation
  • Repair and upgrade of the main steam distribution system from the Garrison’s Steam Plant, Building 15, to the Main Hospital building, and Building 2
  • Replacement of approximately 1,120 linear feet of 16″ high pressure steam supply
  • Replacement of 8″ pumped condensate return
  • Replacement of 2″ high pressure return piping
  • Replacement of the existing steam distribution piping and condensate return system piping, including expansion joints, valves, insulation, and pipe support equipment within the “Old Tunnel”
