- Exhaust Upgrades for the Third Avenue garage, the Shadyside garage, the Smithfield Liberty garage, the Oliver Parking Garage and the Mellon Square Garage
- Free electric car charging stations
- New Steam PRV station from Pittsburgh Allegheny Thermal District Steam Plant
