New Dementia/Alzheimer’s Unit

• 32-bed addition to the 175-bed nursing and domiciliary care facility built in 1886
• In compliance with current Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) Long Term Care Regulations, Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) Personal Care Facility Regulations and/or Federal Veterans Administration State Veterans’ Home Standards

    • Installation of variable frequency drives
    • Replacement of existing fan coil units
    • Installation of a new VAV system
    • Installation of new roof mounted make-up air units with hot water coils
    • Installation of new gas fired, modular hot water boilers to serve hot water reheat coils for the new VAV system
