- Renovation of a 16,000 SF two-story warehouse, that required space to be climate controlled to 62-75 degrees & a humidity level of less than 75% to replicate the conditions in a typical home atmosphere
- Renovation of a 35,000 SF warehouse with operation parameters of 62-75 degrees & a humidity level of less than 75%. The fire protection design included two, 50,000 gallon above ground holding tanks & a fire pump, required due to the lack of water supply available & the demand necessary to provide fire protection in this type of warehouse
