Morgantown Ice Arena
- Study and concepts for the proposed renovation design including
- Renovation of the existing ice area, restaurant, party rooms
- Removal of existing “warming area” and re-build with common service areas to meet modern programming
- Additions of a new studio rink
- Elements of the project were to included
- Ice for 12 months per year
- Six total locker rooms, and a party room with separate entrance
- Expanded seating with bleachers that offer uninterrupted site lines
- Restaurant / food service with viewing deck
- Reduced operations cost, and serviceability of facility by staff
