• Engineering services for this project included full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection
• The project included:
  • Renovation of Courthouse Annex
  • Renovation of the existing ‎historic Courthouse with a new connector to the new Justice ‎Center
  • A separate new County Administration building
  • Repurposing of an existing use car and automobile ‎maintenance facility into a County Archives Building 
• New Justice Center and Historic Courthouse Renovation
  • The project was completed in 2021
  • New mechanical systems include a chilled water and hot water plant, air systems and controls
• New Administration Building
  • The project was completed in 2020
  • New mechanicals include two large VAV rooftop units
• Archives Building Renovation
  • Phase 1 of the project was completed in 2019
  • Phase 2 was completed in 2021
• Courthouse Annex Renovation
  • The project was constructed in 2022
