Duquesne University College of Medicine

The H.F. Lenz Company provided the mechanical, electrical, ‎plumbing and fire protection engineering services for the design ‎of the new College of Osteopathic Medicine building. The six story, 80,000 SF, $53.6 million ‎facility is the second medical school in Pittsburgh and the first ‎Catholic osteopathic medical school in Pennsylvania.

The state-of-the-art facility serves as a premier training ground for future health professionals and includes simulated hospital features such as:

  • Emergency Room
  • OB unit
  • Critical care ward
  • Study Spaces
  • Lecture halls
  • Osteopathic Skills Lab
