HFL’s Bryan Clement and Josh Shearman joined Environmental Planning Design’s A.J. Schwartz in presenting plans to connect the Jim Mayer Riverwalk Trail into Downtown Johnstown and Recreation Authority to Executive Director Cliff Kitner and member Brad Clemenson. The bike route would draw more people into downtown, where they can enjoy a bite to eat, a concert or Central Park. A meeting in October will be held to go over final plans.
