Final inspection for the new Harmony at Harts Run Development was recently completed for their new 200,000+ SF, 193-unit senior living (Independent/ Assisted Living & Memory Care) development on a 10+ acre site in Glenshaw, PA. Our team provided surveying, civil engineering design and permitting services for the project. Engineering services included site layout, grading and drainage, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, coordination of site utilities, Highway Occupancy Permitting through PennDOT District-12, wetland and floodplain mitigation, site approvals and construction phase services for Smith/Packett, a Virginia & South Carolina based developer.
