In addition to the CHC certification, Tim is also a Licensed Professional Engineer in 31 states and DC, a Healthcare Facility Design Professional (HFDP), and serves on ASHRAE T.C. 9.6 Healthcare, and TC 189.3 High Performance Healthcare Facilities committees. He has been an integral part of H.F. Lenz Company’s Healthcare Team for the past 28 years and has been involved in over 1,000 healthcare related facilities projects.
