- Sandusky location has a 427-bed nursing home facility with standard care and special care for veterans with Alzeimer’s disease and other types of dementia
- Georgetown location is a 168-bed facility with similar care as the Sandusky location
- Services provided include master plan options for expanding and upgrading the infrastructure to handle the building additions
- Master plan included:
- Options for centralized and de-centralized utilities with budgets for each option
- Repairs and replacements of existing MEP system to improve energy performance and provide more sustainable and maintainable systems

- Ten-year master plan
- Investigation of utilities and infrastructure on two sites
- Partial building evaluations, confirmation of existing building assessments and existing infrastructure
- Georgetown Site – 106,000 SF existing and 72,000 SF in new addition
- Sandusky Site – Demo of existing building, renovation of residential building and new typical community center
- Evaluation of three greenfield sites for possible new facilities in the future
