• Services provided include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering
• Renovation projects include:
  • Entire first floor into a Respiratory Unit consisting of 73 beds in the south wing, with 33 beds designated for ventilator dependent residents and 40 beds designated as sub-acute general respiratory beds
  • Fourth floor 87-bed Behavior Management Unit
  • Replacement of the glass front and exterior door at the entry-level lounge on the Fifth Annex of the main building
  • New individually controlled heating for the existing independent living apartments located on the Sixth Annex
  • Energy recovery units were added to increase code required outside air to the spaces using the existing rooftop units
