• 40 acres expansion of an existing 143-acre business park consisting of 20 lots
• Project included:
  • Design and layout of the expansion to maximize usable area while meeting the goals of the owner
  • Design and construction administration of approximately 1,600 lineal feet of new township roadway
  • Layout and design of a total of 2 new lots to include the design of four pad ready sites
  • Design and coordination of new utility mainline extensions
