In honor of #ASHE‘s National Health Care Facilities & Engineering week, we would like to feature some of our recently completed projects!
We are excited to see the new UPMC Bedford Wound Clinic. The project involved converting former in-patient rooms for the new outpatient wound care clinic and complying with 2018 FGI Outpatient Guidelines.
- Infrastructure upgrades included:
- Replacing outdated steam/chilled water fan coil units to provide adequate outside air and filtration
- Replacing electric/DX fan coil units to provide minimum outside air and filtration
- Replacing outdated lighting
- Nurse Station upgrades
- New plumbing fixtures
- Construction was completed in 7 months.
We are proud to be providing the full MEP/FP, civil and structural engineering services for Indiana Regional Medical Center’s (IRMC) new free-standing behavioral health facility. The new facility will provide much-needed services that will support residents in our communities and strengthen the existing behavioral health continuum of care.
